Sequotech to acquire Exxo.

Sequotech, a Swiss network of specialized IT services companies that supply cutting-edge goods and services, agreed to acquire Exxo, a IT service provider focusing on the needs of small and medium-sized businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With Sequotech, we have found the ideal partner to continue our growth as a major group with a solid foundation. The group companies complement each other perfectly in terms of geographical coverage and service portfolios.
