Cinven completed the acquisition of Archer Technologies from Clearlake Capital and Symphony Technology Group.

Cinven, an international private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Archer Technologies, an enterprise risk management solutions provider, from Clearlake Capital, an investment firm, and Symphony Technology Group, a private equity partner. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It has been a pleasure partnering with Bill and the entire Archer management team in scaling the business.
