Capillary Technologies, a developer of customized and cloud-based customer analytics and marketing platforms, completed the acquisition of Brierley & Partners, a creator of proven, prominent customer loyalty programs, from Nomura Research Institute, a Japan-based company that provides consulting services, system solutions, and business models for businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to be joining Capillary Technologies. Our combined expertise will enable us to provide our clients with even more innovative and effective loyalty and customer engagement solutions through Capillary’s next-generation SaaS platform.
