A&M Capital-backed Carton Pack completed the acquisition of Smilesys.

A&M Capital-backed Carton Pack, a provider specialized multi-material packaging solutions, completed the acquisition of Smilesys, an Italian manufacturer of resealable and sustainable packaging. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition further strengthens Carton Pack’s footprint in sustainable products, while expanding into innovative technologies. It is also consistent with the strategy of becoming a leading European food packaging company with a multi-material product offering. The transaction is the second acquisition of Carton Pack since Amce acquired a majority stake in Carton Pack in April 2022.
