KidsKonnect to acquire Blossom Educational.

KidsKonnect, a Dutch childcare software provider, agreed to acquire Blossom Educational, a UK-based provider of Software as a Service solutions for local childcare organisations. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have been impressed with the recent growth trajectory of Blossom and we believe the acquisition is an important step in our vision to become the leading software provider for both large and small childcare organisations across Europe, now also with a dedicated presence in the UK. Entering the UK is also a significant milestone in our ambition to be the main technology partner for internationally operating nursery chains,” Peter Baars, KidsKonnect CEO and Co-Founder.
