Olympus Partners completed the acquisition of International Wire Group from Atlas Holdings.

Olympus Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of International Wire Group, a designer and manufacturer of highly-engineered copper-based wire products, from Atlas Holdings, a private investment and equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "When we acquired IWG, we partnered with Greg Smith to transform and grow the business. In the four years since, we have seen IWG cement its industry-leading position and create a unique platform for continued growth.
