Coborn’s completed the acquisition of Sullivan’s Foods and Grocery stores.

Coborn’s, an employee-owned grocery retailer, completed the acquisition of Sullivan’s Foods and Grocery stores, a family-owned and -operated grocery retail business. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Sullivan family has run their family of stores with great care and is a highly respected retailer.
