DFW Capital-backed American Track, a provider of inspection, maintenance, repair and specialized construction services for industrial railroad infrastructure in the United States, completed the acquisition of Universal Rail Systems, a railway infrastructure service provider, from TorQuest Partners, a private equity firm.
