Royal DSM to acquire Adare Biome from Adare Pharma Solutions for €275m.

Royal DSM, a global science-based leader in health, nutrition and bioscience, agreed to acquire Adare Biome, a pioneer in the development and manufacturing of postbiotics, from Adare Pharma Solutions, a global technology-driven CDMO providing end-to-end integrated services, for €275m. “DSM would be the ideal company to take Adare Biome to a new level and realize the growth potential of postbiotics.
