Fulcrum IT Partners completed the acquisition of Viadex.

Fulcrum IT Partners, an IT solution provider that specializes in managed services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and consumption, completed the acquisition of Viadex, a provider of IT supply chain, IT infrastructure, IT procurement, cybersecurity, cloud solutions and professional services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Viadex and the addition of Cooper and Carter to Fulcrum’s [leadership team] brings an unstoppable momentum to our business.
