FullBeauty, a direct-to-consumer compnay in the US plus-size apparel market, agreed to acquire ELOQUII, a private company that designs and sells fashion apparel in sizes 14-28, from Walmart, a multinational retail corporation that operates a chain of hypermarkets, discount department stores, and grocery stores.
