Maverik – Adventure’s First Stop completed the acquisition of Kum & Go from Krause Group.

Maverik – Adventure’s First Stop, a gas station and retail store operator, completed the acquisition of Kum & Go, a convenience store chain operator, from Krause Group, a business conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Kum & Go has always been driven by a desire to innovate, grow and serve our customers, our communities and our people.
