Riverside-backed SC Labs, a cannabis and hemp testing company, completed the acquisition of C4 Laboratories, a botanical testing facility specializing in cannabis medicine. Financial terms were not disclosed. "C4 has a demonstrated track record of scientific expertise and business acumen that fits perfectly within our values shared across locations.
