Solum Partners to acquire Greentastic from Magnum Industrial Partners.

Solum Partners, a company that invests in real assets within the agriculture and food production industry, agreed to acquire Greentastic, a farming company, from Magnum Industrial Partners, a mid-market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this purchase, Solum Partners, which already has interests in avocado plantations, apple, olives, blueberries and soybeans, will make its first investment in Europe.
