ENSCO to acquire KLD Labs.

ENSCO, a provider of engineering, science and advanced technology solutions for the defense, security, transportation and aerospace, agreed to acquire KLD Labs, an extensive experience in the development and deployment of real-time measurement systems for railways. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to welcome KLD Labs into the ENSCO family.
