Thoma Bravo and JMI Equity-backed Raptor Technologies, a developer of visitor management systems used to provide possible protection for children in school, completed the acquisition of SchoolPass, a provider of cloud-based attendance automation, dismissal automation, visitor management and emergency management software for K-12 schools. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
