Creadev, an evergreen investment company operating worldwide, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Nous anti-gaspi, a brand that is committed to reducing food waste by partnering with producers to utilize the products that would otherwise go to waste, from Phenix, an operator of an online portal that sells second hand products, offers valuation of unsold products and waste, and provides waste treatment and related services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Gounded in 2018, Nous anti-gaspi is a network of eco-responsible grocery shops committed to the fight against food waste. The company is still aiming for a network of around 50 shops by 2025.
