Paycor to acquire Verb.

Paycor, a provider of a human capital management platform modernizes every aspect of people management, from recruiting, onboarding, and payroll to career development and retention, agreed to acquire Verb, a people development platform that empowers learning and development teams to design, launch and track their soft skills training programs.
