JSC Tsk completed the acquisition of ALD Russia from ALD.

JSC Tsk, a business group, completed the acquisition of ALD Russia from ALD, a global company providing mobility solutions, full service leasing and fleet management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. ALD Russia operated a 13,400 funded fleet as at 31 March 2023, representing less than 1% of ALD’s fleet.
