PI Healthsciences to acquire Archimica form Livia Group.

PI Healthsciences, a provider of specialty chemistry serving global pharmaceutical innovators, agreed to acquire Archimica, a pharmaceutical fine chemicals company that combines chemical manufacturing with pharmaceutical commercialization, form Livia Group, an independent industrial holding.
