Deutsche Börse completed the acquisition of Simcorp for $4.3bn.

Deutsche Börse, a German multinational offering marketplace organizing for the trading of shares and other securities, completed the acquisition of Simcorp, a Danish company providing software and services to financial institutions, for $4.3bn. The combination of SimCorp’s highly complementary business offering with Deutsche Börse’s Data & Analytics businesses will create a full scope front-to-back investment management solutions platform.
