Addtech to acquire Electrum Automation.

Addtech, seller of components and sub-systems in mechanics, agreed to acquire Electrum Automation, specialist in design, programming and manufacturing of electrical systems and components for machines. Financial terms were not disclosed. With its experience of electronics and software design and broad expertise in system integration, the company will complement Addtech's business unit Connectivity Solutions in a very good way.
