Firan Technology Group, an aerospace and defense electronics product and subsystem supplier, completed the acquisition Holaday Circuits, a company that specializes in manufacturing high-technology circuit boards, and Integrated Micro-electronics, a company that specializes in the design and manufacturing of RF (Radio Frequency) circuit boards and related products, for $27m. “FTG had identified a desire to add US manufacturing capacity for RF and high technology product for aerospace and defense applications.
