Northlane Capital-backed VMG Health completed the acquisition of BSM Consulting.

Northlane Capital-backed VMG Health, a full-service healthcare strategy and transaction advisory firm, completed the acquisition of BSM Consulting, a consulting firm that operates within the health care industry.
