Tamburi Investment Partners to acquire a 50.7% stake in Investindesign from Private Equity Partners for €72m.

Tamburi Investment Partners, an independent investment and merchant bank, agreed to acquire a 50.7% stake in Investindesign, the holding company for Italian Design Brands, from Private Equity Partners, a private equity and venture capital company, for €72m. The execution of the agreement is strictly conditional on the listing of the IDB shares on the Italian stock market by June 30, 2023.
