Sequel and Embassy Park Investment completed the acquisition of Piedmont Candy from Plexus Capital.

Sequel and Embassy Park Investment, two private equity firms, completed the acquisition of Piedmont Candy, a producer of Thinfuls, a line of better-for-you handcrafted popcorn snacks, from Plexus Capital, a provider of capital for the lower middle market.
