Crestview Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 45% stake in The Gersh Agency, a talent agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. "For over seven decades, we have maintained our independence as an agency because we felt this allowed us to be the firmest advocates for our clients.
