Praecipio completed the acquisition of Avant Systems.

Praecipio, a business and technology consulting firm, completed the acquisition of Avant Systems, a software solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Avant is well known in Canada for its concierge-level service and solutions. We want to amplify what they do so well and expand on it.
