Apollo-backed Reno De Medici to acquire Fiskeby.

Apollo-backed Reno De Medici, a producer in the recycled cartonboard business, agreed to acquire Fiskeby, a producer of packaging board made from 100% recovered fiber. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition we are announcing today demonstrates RDM Group’s commitment to growing its market share in the recycled board market, to enhance the security of supply and to be able to serve pan-European customers in a multi-mill reinforced approach. We believe our recycled board offering is answering to the societal request to use more responsible recycled materials.
