Crescent Energy, an independent energy company, completed the acquisition of Western Eagle Ford assets of Mesquite Energy, an independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company, for $600m. “We continue to execute on our long-term strategy, which includes opportunistically growing our footprint in the Eagle Ford through accretive M&A while maintaining financial strength and enhancing our capital markets presence.
