Medux-backed Medequip, a wholesale distributor of medical equipment, completed the acquisition of Ross Care, a wheelchair and wheelchair seating company, from Cairngorm Capital Partners-backed Millbrook Healthcare, a provider of community equipment, wheelchairs, assistive technology. Financial terms were not disclosed.
