Lumina Datamatics completed the acquisition of diacriTech Technologies.

Lumina Datamatics, a company that provides IT solutions, completed the acquisition of diacriTech Technologies, a provider of services within books, journals, and multimedia. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Technology is a differentiator for us. The diacriTech acquisition provides an integrated service model for the customers and further strengthens our presence in the APAC and other regions,” Sameer Kanodia, Lumina Datamatics Managing Director & CEO.
