Qube completed the acquisition of Kalari from Swire and a 50% stake in Pinnacle for $145m.

Qube, a diversified logistics and infrastructure company, completed the acquisition of Kalari, a bulk logistics provider, from Swire, a logistics solutions specialist, and a 50% stake in Pinnacle, a quality freight forwarding company, for $145m. “I am very pleased for our people and our customers that we’ve been able to reach an agreement for Qube to acquire Kalari and I am confident that the business will make a significant contribution to the ongoing success of Qube,” Kalari managing director Peter O’Shannessy, Kalari Managing Director Peter O’Shannessy.
