Holcim completed the acquisition of PASA.

Holcim, a Swiss multinational company that manufactures building materials, completed the acquisition of PASA, a specialized company in the production of roofing and waterproofing solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. In the last year Holcim has entered the insulation and renovation business segment, but the majority of its business continues to be the extraction and supply of aggregates and cement.
