Ascend Telecom and Global Infrastructure to acquire Tower Vision.

Ascend Telecom, a company that provides construction services, and Global Infrastructure, an infrastructure investment fund, agreed to acquire Tower Vision, a tower management company specialising in the provision of passive infrastructure to the wireless telecommunications industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
