BetterUp, an AI-driven platform that helps people and businesses grow personally and professionally through coaching, agreed to acquire Crescent, a health and wellness company accelerating the future of personalized health through the use of wearable data, artificial intelligence, and human coaches to deliver personalized sleep routines. Financial terms were not disclosed.
