Lochner completed the acquisition of K Friese + Associates.

Lochner, a leading provider of transportation infrastructure planning and engineering services, completed the acquisition of K Friese + Associates, a civil engineering consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to welcome our new colleagues from KFA.
