Nactarome completed the acquisition of Royal Buisman for €35.3m.

Nactarome, a market for colors, flavors, and ingredients for the food, pharmaceutical, and non-food segments, completed the acquisition of Royal Buisman, a producer of natural, clean-labeled, caramel ingredients for €35.3m. “Our management team sees huge potential in joining the Nactarome group to create a leading natural ingredients company.
