BTG Pactual and Dasa to acquire Vita Hemoterapia for $135m.

BTG Pactual, an investment bank and asset and wealth manager, and Dasa, an integrated healthcare network, agreed to acquire Vita Hemoterapia , a chain of clinics specialized in blood banks and cellular therapy, for $135m.
