DWK Life Sciences completed the acquisition of Assem-Pak | Aluseal.

DWK Life Sciences, a global manufacturer and supplier of laboratory glassware, plasticware, and primary packaging solutions, completed the acquisition of Assem-Pak | Aluseal, a company which provides products and services to the pharmaceutical, laboratory, and medical device markets.
