Probo Medical, a global provider of medical imaging equipment, completed the acquisition of MRI Coil Repair Operation of Creative Foam, a medical equipment manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Creative Foam has long been an industry leader in MRI system coil repair. The synergies this acquisition provides greatly enhance Probo's ability to serve our growing diagnostic imaging repair segment.
