Hull Street, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Bastrop Energy Center and Paris Energy Center power plants from Atlas, a private investment and equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to be acquiring these high-quality, winterized power plants with a track record of operational excellence.
