Atlantic Street Capital-backed Uniguest completed the acquisition of Eversound.

Atlantic Street Capital-backed Uniguest, a provider of connected technology solutions, completed the acquisition of Eversound, a provider of advanced listening technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have worked with Uniguest through its Touchtown solution and have seen firsthand that they share our vision of delivering a more engaging senior living experience. In addition to supporting the continued development of our products, Uniguest will provide enhanced services allowing us to impact even more residents than we do today.
