Montefiore Investment completed the acquisition of EXA Group from Alcedo.

Montefiore Investment, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of EXA Group, an architecture and project management firm, from Alcedo, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are grateful to Alcedo for their support over the last few years, and look forward to starting this new chapter with Montefiore.
