HireVue completed the acquisition of Modern Hire from The Riverside Company.

HireVue, a video interviewing, assessments and text-enabled recruiting tools company, completed the acquisition of Modern Hire, an enterprise hiring platform that enables organizations to continuously improve hiring experiences, from The Riverside Company, a private equity firm.
