Centerbridge Partners, a global multi-strategy private equity firm, completed the investment in TA Associates-backed Netwrix, a private IT security software company that develops software to help companies identify and secure sensitive data and assist with compliance auditing. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Netwrix solutions help organizations of any size strengthen their security posture across all the primary attack surfaces: data, identity and infrastructure, as well as ensure regulatory compliance.
