EcoEridania completed the acquisition of a 75% stake in Delca Energy from Bi Energy.

EcoEridania, a European company in environmental services for healthcare waste, completed the acquisition of a 75% stake in Delca Energy, a company responsible for the recovery of material and the production of alternative fuels, from Bi Energy, a provider of qualified technical assistance, installation and maintenance of biomass heating systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The strategic acquisition of Delca Energy that we announce today allows us not only to strengthen our commitment to the circular economy and the end of waste but makes us one of the main CSS producers in Italy.
