Polskie ePłatności, online payments operator, agreed to acquire a stake in QRTAG, a company specializing in developing mobile applications, from Aligo Capital and Younick Mint, venture capital firms. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted that QRtag has found its way into PeP's structures - another milestone on the road in our strategic direction.
