Costaisa Group, a business consulting firm that specializes in outsourcing, infrastructure, and change management, agreed to acquire Davinci TI, a technology consultancy specialized in secure digital platforms in the cloud with more than 20 years of experience. Financial terms were not disclosed. Davinci IT will maintain the current team and strategic lines, and will have access to a large team of professionals that will multiply its capabilities, thus allowing it to continue growing in the IT sector at a national and international level.
