Aristocrat Leisure, an Australian gambling machine manufacturer, completed the acquisition of NeoGames, a provider of iLottery solutions and services to national and state-regulated lotteries, for $1.2bn. “We are excited to have successfully closed this transaction and joined forces with the Aristocrat team to further drive our success across iLottery, iGaming, and online sports betting.
